Hire Priority Staffing, a leader in Apartment Maintenance Staffing is currently seeking a Porter (for Multifamily Apartments) to join our team! This opportunity is based in Humble. If you are a team player who takes pride in their work, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties & Responsibilities for a Porter (for Multifamily Apartments) in the Humble area:

• Able & willing to reliably travel to Humble on a daily (M-F) basis!

• Able to help & coordinate with exterior upkeep of buildings and grounds for a property.
• Ability to prioritize workload & coordinate with property manager as needed.
• Showcase diligence & attention to detail whilst cleaning grounds & maintaining exterior appearances of a multifamily property.
• Showcase proactivity with identifying & responding to unexpected events (such as weather) resulting in additional groundskeeping needed.
• Able & willing to remove dog/pet waste from communal areas on a continual basis.

Qualifications for a Porter (for Multifamily Apartments) in the Humble area:

• landscaping/groundskeeping background is a plus if you have no onsite (multifamily) experience.
• Experience with upkeep of pools/CPO is very helpful.
