Hire Priority Staffing is hiring a Groundskeeper / Porter for a multifamily apartment community in Huntsville, TX.

Job Overview
- Location: Huntsville, TX
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Pay: From $19 / hr
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Industry: Multifamily Property Management / Apartment Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common spaces
- Help preserve strong curb appeal through detailed and consistent groundskeeping
- Remove trash, debris, and pet waste throughout the community
- Assist with exterior building upkeep and grounds maintenance
- Help with basic pool area upkeep and exterior amenity cleanliness
- Respond to daily property needs, including weather-related cleanup when needed
- Work with the property manager and maintenance team to prioritize responsibilities
- Support the team with additional porter and property cleanup duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, landscaping, or general property upkeep preferred
- Multifamily experience is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Knowledge of pool maintenance or CPO certification is helpful
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
