Hire Priority Staffing is hiring an experienced Bilingual Leasing Agent for a multifamily apartment community in Northwest Houston, TX.
This position is ideal for a motivated leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is confident closing deals while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in driving occupancy and creating a positive experience for both prospective and current residents.
Job Overview
- Location: Northwest Houston, TX
- Position Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire
- Pay: Up to $20/hour + Commission
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (+ some weekends, as agreed)
- Hours: 8-hour shifts
- Industry: Multifamily Property Management / Apartment Leasing
Key Responsibilities
- Tour apartment homes and community amenities with prospective residents
- Provide detailed information on apartment features, pricing, amenities, and surrounding neighborhood
- Engage with prospects in person, virtually, and through social media platforms
- Prepare, process, and execute lease agreements
- Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Coordinate and schedule guided tours with apartment locators
- Build rapport with prospects and effectively present the value of the community
- Support leasing efforts to help drive occupancy and meet leasing goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Strong customer service skills, professionalism and confidence required
- Experience with OneSite property management software is a plus
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with Fair Housing laws
