Job Overview
- Location: Conroe, TX (near The Woodlands)
- Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8AM - 5PM
- Industry: Multifamily Property Management / Apartment Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common areas
- Help preserve strong curb appeal through daily groundskeeping and porter duties
- Remove trash, debris, and pet waste throughout the community
- Assist with exterior building upkeep and community amenities
- Help maintain cleanliness around the pool, courtyards, and shared outdoor spaces
- Proactively identify and respond to daily property needs, including weather-related cleanup
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to prioritize tasks as needed
- Support the team with additional property cleanup and exterior maintenance duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or general labor preferred
- Multifamily experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
