Make Ready Technician (Multifamily/ Apartment Industry)

Hire Priority, leaders in Multifamily Maintenance Staffing is looking for Make Ready Technicians for several properties in the Greater Austin area!

Pay: From $17-18 DOE

Location: Austin

Duties & Responsibilities:
Knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet rock, and appliance installation.
Ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely manner for new residents to move in.
Assist with projects around the property, as requested.

Qualifications:
Apartment industry experience/knowledge is helpful, but not required.
Remodeling, handyman, general labor, or construction background is a plus if you don't have on-site experience.
Have your own basic tools
