Housekeeper (Apartment Industry)

Duties & Responsibilities for a Housekeeper (Multifamily/Apartments):

• Able to help & coordinate housekeeping duties for a multifamily apartment property.
• Ability to prioritize workload & coordinate with the property manager as needed.
• Showcase diligence & attention to detail while performing housekeeping duties.
• Showcase pro-activity by identifying & responding to unexpected events (such as weather) resulting in additional housekeeping needed.
• Able & willing to perform housekeeping duties in occupied apartments (as needed) and with pets potentially present.

Qualifications for a Housekeeper (Multifamily/Apartments):

• A professional housekeeping background is a plus if you have no on-site (multifamily) experience.
• Groundskeeper background is a plus if you have no on-site (multifamily) experience.
