Hire Priority Staffing is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional for a lease-up multifamily apartment community in Temple, TX.

You’ll play a key role in driving occupancy, managing leasing activity, and supporting daily office operations during an active lease-up phase.
Job Overview
- Location: Temple, TX
- Position Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire
- Pay: Up to $22.50/hour + Commission

- Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
- Industry: Multifamily Property Management / Apartment Leasing
Key Responsibilities
- Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
- Answer phones, respond to leasing inquiries, and assist walk-in prospects and residents
- Support leasing activity, traffic management, and daily front office operations
- Follow up with prospects and help move leads through the leasing process
- Assist with lease administration, applications, and resident communication
- Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Use Knock and Yardi to manage leasing activity, follow-up, traffic, and resident information
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous multifamily leasing experience required
- Lease-up experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Knock CRM and Yardi required
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills required
- Must be professional, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Knowledge of and compliance with Fair Housing laws
