Experienced Apartment Make Ready (for Multifamily Apartments)

Hire Priority Staffing, a leader in Apartment Maintenance Staffing is currently seeking an Experienced Apartment Make Ready (for Multifamily Apartments) to join our team! Duties & Responsibilities for an Experienced Apartment Make Ready:

• Able & willing to reliably travel to Texas City on a daily (M-F) basis!

• Essential duties include but were not limited to Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Troubleshoot and repair structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Able to help & coordinate with exterior upkeep of buildings and grounds for a property.
• Knowledge in appliance repair/troubleshooting & installation.
• Ability to prioritize workload & coordinate with property manager as needed.
• Ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely manner for new residents to move in.

Qualifications for an Experienced Apartment Make Ready:

• Must have your own basic tools!
• Remodeling, handyman, general labor or construction background is a plus if you have no onsite experience.
• Experience with groundskeeping/CPO is very helpful.
