Entry Level Leasing Professional (for Multifamily Apartments) Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective residents by showcasing units and amenities (in-person or via virtual tours or via social media postings).
• Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about the amenities, local community, and other property details.
• Prepare, process & execute lease agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and future residents.
• Coordinate and schedule guided apartment tours with locators, on behalf of prospective residents.

Entry Level Leasing Professional (for Multifamily Apartments) Qualifications:

• Eagerness and willingness to learn on the job are Required!
• Multifamily apartment industry experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and self-confidence are a MUST.
• Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, Appfolio, etc.
• Understanding of and compliance with the Fair Housing Act.
