Concierge (Multifamily/ Apartment Industry) Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective residents as they call, email, or walk into the office.
• Follow property/company guidelines, and answer questions over the phone.
• Promptly answer the phone and emails in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors, residents and future residents.
• Coordinate with the leasing team and property manager to ensure daily activities are in sync (as needed).

Concierge (Multifamily/ Apartment Industry) Qualifications:

• Experience as a concierge in a multifamily setting is preferred!
• Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and self-confidence are a MUST.
• Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, Appfolio, etc is a plus.
• Understanding of and compliance with the Fair Housing Act.

Must provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., and complete an application and interview process.
