Bilingual Leasing Professional- Entry Level
Hire Priority is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Professional for a large multifamily apartment community in Southwest Houston. We are looking for someone with energy and spunk, who is confident on the phone, comfortable touring apartment homes, and able to assist prospects and residents in a fast-paced leasing office.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, dependable professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment. The community offers one and two bedroom apartment homes, multiple on-site amenities, flexible tour options, and a convenient location near Westheimer, the Galleria area, and major Houston roadways.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and assist prospective residents with professionalism and energy
• Tour apartment homes and community amenities with prospects
• Greet and assist walk-in prospects and current residents in the leasing office
• Respond to questions about apartment features, amenities, pricing, and the surrounding area
• Support the leasing team with general office responsibilities and customer service needs
• Help convert leads into leases by building rapport and presenting the value of the community
• Provide excellent service to both prospective and current residents

Job Details:

• Multifamily apartment community in Southwest Houston
• Large 1,006-unit property with a very busy leasing office
• Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday
• Some weekends, as needed 

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Previous leasing experience is helpful, but not required
• Candidates with strong customer service or retail experience are encouraged to apply
• Must be comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment
• OneSite experience helpful
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential
• Must be confident answering phones, greeting walk-ins, and assisting with tours
• Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process
