Hire Priority Staffing is hiring Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agents for multiple multifamily apartment communities in the Downtown Austin, TX area. We are seeking leasing professionals who can start quickly, thrive in fast-paced offices, and deliver excellent service to prospective and current residents.
This is a strong opportunity for candidates with multifamily leasing experience who are confident touring apartment homes, answering phones, assisting walk-in traffic, and helping drive occupancy. Multiple openings are available, qualified candidates may start as soon as tomorrow, and pay is issued every Wednesday for work completed the previous week.
Job Overview
- Pay: $18-$21 per hour + commission
- Location: Downtown Austin, TX area
- Weekly Pay: Every Wednesday for work completed the previous week
- Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, and Temp-to-Hire
- Multiple openings available
- Common Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM, must be available on weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Tour prospective residents through apartment homes and community amenities
- Answer phones, respond to leasing inquiries, and assist walk-in prospects professionally
- Follow up with leads and help move prospects through the leasing process
- Highlight apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits to generate leasing interest
- Prepare, process, and execute lease agreements
- Coordinate and schedule guided apartment tours with apartment locators
- Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
- Support occupancy goals by building rapport and presenting the value of the community
Qualifications & Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills required
- Must be professional, dependable, and confident in a fast-paced leasing environment
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, or AppFolio is helpful
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with Fair Housing laws required
- Must be able to multitask and support daily leasing office operations
