Assistant Property Manager (for Multifamily Apartments)

Assistant Property Manager (for Multifamily Apartments) Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective residents by showing units and amenities.
• Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about the amenities, local community, and other property details.
• Prepare, process, & execute lease agreements in sync with the Leasing team.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents.
• Work in tandem with the Property Manager to meet client/owner expectations for management of a multifamily property.

Assistant Property Manager (for Multifamily Apartments) Qualifications:

• Multifamily apartment industry experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and self-confidence are a MUST!
• Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, Appfolio (or similar property management software).
• Collections Experience - helpful.
• Knowledge of TX laws relating to posting of notices and eviction process.
• Experience with move-out statements and similar paperwork.
