Job Title: Make Ready Technician

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 DOE
Openings available in: Austin/Pflugerville/Round Rock/Kyle/Lakeway

Duties & Responsibilities:
Knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, and appliance installation.
Ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely manner for new residents to move in.
Assist with projects around the property, as requested.

Qualifications:
Apartment industry experience/knowledge is helpful, but not required.
Remodeling, handyman, general labor or construction background is a plus if you don't have onsite experience.
Have your own basic tools
