Apartment EPA Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities for an Apartment Maintenance Tech: 
-Repair and maintain all apartment unit appliances, and HVAC units.
-Run work orders.
-Have knowledge in basic plumbing, basic electric, painting, drywall, landscape, etc. 

Requirements:

-EPA Certification/ Universal license required. 
-Minimum on-site apartment industry experience of one year.
-Complete an application and interview process.
- Must work on-call every other week/weekend.

Compensation: Hourly up to $28.00 DOE + great benefits!
Location: Austin

MUST:
- Be able to Pass a drug test
- Provide one form of identification, and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
