Porter/ Groundskeeper (Multifamily/ Apartments)

Hire Priority Staffing, Leaders in Apartment Maintenance Staffing is currently seeking a Porter/ Groundskeeper (Multifamily/ Apartments) to join our team! This opportunity is based in Humble. If you are a team player who takes pride in their work, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties & Responsibilities for a Porter/ Groundskeeper (Multifamily/ Apartments):

• Able & willing to reliably travel to Humble on a daily (M-F) basis!
• Able to help & coordinate with exterior upkeep of buildings and grounds for a property.
• Ability to prioritize workload & coordinate with the property manager as needed.
• Showcase diligence & attention to detail whilst cleaning grounds & maintaining exterior appearances of a multifamily property.
• Identify & respond to unexpected events (such as weather) resulting in additional groundskeeper needs.
• Able & willing to remove dog/pet waste from communal areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $16 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Some weekends (as agreed/optional)

Qualifications for a Porter (for Multifamily Apartments) in the Humble area:

• A landscaping/ groundskeeper background is a plus if you have no on-site (multifamily) experience.
• Experience with the upkeep of pools (CPO is helpful).
